Client and challenge

Poz Production needed a site that showcases its work in a memorable way, and a management tool that brings scattered processes — quotes, contracts, shoot schedules, crew, equipment, deliveries and finance — into one place.

What we did

• A single-page site that tells a six-part story as you scroll: storyboard, set, edit timeline; followed by services, work, process, FAQ and a contact form.
• An 18-screen, role-based management panel: leads, quotes, contracts, clients, kanban projects, calendar, crew, equipment, location permits, talent, deliveries and finance.
• A site chatbot that greets visitors, answers questions and collects project requests, which land directly in the panel's "Leads" screen.
• An in-panel assistant for the team and an approval and revision flow for clients.
• Performance and accessibility: heavy visuals load only when near the viewport, animations turn off with "reduce motion".

Outcome

Poz Production's website, workflows and client communication now live in one connected system: a request from the site becomes a quote, a project and a delivery in the same panel.
