Cancellation and Refund Policy

This Cancellation and Refund Policy governs the cancellation and refund conditions for services and products provided by Aerteon Ai on the https://www.en.aerteon.com website (the “Site”).
1. General Terms
- Aerteon AI® offers digital services, software solutions, and visual production services.
- These services can be purchased via monthly subscription plans or one-time payment options.
- As digital services are delivered immediately, refund requests are considered only under the exceptions listed below.
2. Subscription Cancellation
- Monthly subscription plans can be canceled to take effect from the next billing period.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the subscription renewal date.
- No partial refunds are provided for the ongoing billing period.
- After cancellation, your data will be retained in our system for 30 days from your last usage date, after which it will be permanently deleted.
3. One-Time Payments
- One-time service payments are non-refundable if the project or service has already started after payment.
- If the service has not yet started, full refunds are available for cancellation requests submitted within 7 days of the payment date.
4. Right of Withdrawal
- Under the Turkish Consumer Protection Law (Law No. 6502), digital content and software services may be excluded from the right of withdrawal.
- However, Aerteon AI® reserves the right to offer goodwill solutions to ensure customer satisfaction when necessary.
5. Refund Process
- Approved refund requests will be processed via Stripe using the original payment method.
- Refunds are generally completed within 7 business days; however, bank processing times may vary.
6. Right to Change
- Aerteon AI®reserves the right to update this Cancellation and Refund Policy with prior notice.
- The updated version becomes effective immediately upon publication on [https://www.en.aerteon.com].
